Aesthetic inspirations here are celestial, with planets, rings, orbits, and a radiant eight-pointed star at the center.
The Orbit Gong was hand made in India from bronze and finished in a "matte blackened body: and golden colored design.
We've analyzed the strike of our example (yours will be slightly different, because they're all handmade and because you will play it differently).
The dominant tone was 3rd octave, 150-190 after one small attack. Rich, low frequency.
The supporting frequencies build gradually, a lift adds that "shimmer" and contour to the voice..
