Each singing bowl that we make is 100% unique and made by the loving hands of one of our craftsmen. Due to the nature of this handmade process, all sizes and weights are approximate and the sound captured on our website may be slightly different than your own special bowl.

While every bowl of the same type will generally look and sound very close to the sample sound clip, each hand-hammered singing bowl that you choose will be an individual. And, it is important to know that, beyond just the process of making them; temperature, light, humidity, the striker, and other factors may influence how they sound or play at any particular time.

For these reasons, we cannot guarantee that the bowl you receive will look or sound exactly like the photo or sound sample on our website. Every singing bowl we share with the world will be one of a kind.

Though, we completely understand how important personal experience of sound is and will honor our 100% Love it Promise to you. So if you receive a bowl and find it's not the sound or tone you hoped for, we will exchange it to ensure we get you the right one.

Please know we’ve got your back in any situation. We are open and receptive to your questions or concerns and are here to help support you through this unique process the best way we can, with the resources we have available. You will never be left feeling “stuck” with a singing bowl that isn’t the right fit for your needs.

In case of damage or needing help with playing your singing bowl, please email us with any photos and/or videos that may help us understand exactly what you’re experiencing and how we can best support you in offering guidance or making it right! We are available to help you with any issue via email at hello@theohmstore.co.

Photos are required for all items that you wish to return. Each singing bowl must be returned in the original packaging that includes the SKU barcode, striker(s) and cushion.

*Important note, we do not have a physical store location and are not always available by phone. Emailing us at hello@theohmstore.co is the best way to contact us regarding any questions or concerns you may have. If required, we will absolutely be able to schedule a time to call you.

RETURNS:

If you’d like to return your Ohm Store items for any reason, please contact us at hello@theohmstore.co to initiate the process.

A shipping label will be provided for the order, by our team, and the shipping costs for the original shipment will be automatically deducted from the final refund.

The refund will be credited to your original payment within 10 business days after we receive the product. A 10% restocking fee and the original shipment fee is deducted from your total refund for all returned items.

Photos are required for all returned items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error or is missing parts (ex: a singing bowl must be returned as a complete set with cushion + striker).
  • Damaged or missing items (ex: cushion, striker) received with a return will have the current retail price of the item deducted from final refund.
  • Refunds granted are refunded for product cost only and do not include original shipping cost paid by the customer.
  • A 10% restocking fee is deducted for each returned item.

For Our Flower of Life, Planetary and Motherhood Bowls: Please email us at hello@theohmstore.co if you’d like to return or exchange your these items. Due to high demand, and limited quantities of these bowls being hand-crafted each month, we may require extra processing and delivery time for replacements.

Incense, Sage, Essential Oils, Journals and Jewelry: To be eligible for a return, these items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unopened in the original packaging.

      CANCELLATIONS:

      If you wish to cancel an order please email us at hello@theohmstore.co as soon as possible! We will try our best to cancel the order and stop it from getting processed by our fulfillment center - we process orders daily so that we can guarantee timely shipping.

      Please note: we cannot cancel an order once it has already been shipped. You would have to return the package after delivery.

      EXCHANGES (if applicable):

      We will replace any items that are defective or damaged. Please email any supporting photos and videos to hello@theohmstore.co for us to begin this process for you.

      Important note: Our Tuned Bowls are one of a kind and cannot be exchanged though we will absolutely accept a return if you find the bowl you purchased is not your perfect match.

      If you receive a bowl and find it's not the sound or tone you hoped for, we will exchange it to ensure we get you the right one.

      DAMAGED ITEMS:

      We are so sorry to learn of any of our hand-crafted items being damaged. We know that no one wants to receive a broken item intended to bring peace, harmony and happiness into your life! 

      Keep in mind, we celebrate the imperfections of our singing bowls! Each singing bowl will go through the fires of creation, and be hand-hammered by one of our skilled craftsmen. It is more common than uncommon to receive a singing bowl with marks, spots or dents and it may not be perfectly round!

      If you received your item and it is damaged, please email us at hello@theohmstore.co with the following information:

      • A photo or video of the damage
      • The original order number and your full name  
      • Correct shipping address

      Once we confirm the damage and validate the order we will absolutely help you out.

      The most important thing is how the bowl sounds and how it makes you feel. We want you to feel really good about everything you purchase from The Ohm Store and will be sure to help you get exactly what you need.

      We strive to provide you with high-quality and carefully crafted singing bowls. However, we want to make clear that we cannot accept responsibility for accidental damage caused by the customer.

      Accidental damage may include, but is not limited to, dropping the bowl, improper handling, or any other unintended actions leading to damage. In such cases, we regret to inform our valued customers that we cannot offer repairs or exchanges.

      We encourage our customers to handle their singing bowls with care and mindfulness.       REFUNDS:

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item(s) return.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund will be credited to your original payment within 10 business days after we receive the product.

      A 10% restocking fee and the original shipment fee is deducted from your total refund for all returned items.
