The 10 inch quartz pyramid rings in the upper sixth octave with a bright, bell-like clarity that cuts cleanly through a room. You'll hear the "modulating" in the sound recordings because we love spinning it, and it throws the sound around in interesting ways.

Built from 99.99% pure quartz, the same material grade as our crystal singing bowls. The 10 inch specification refers to the length of each quartz rod that forms the pyramid's edges.

Each piece is individually made, and the exact pitches and partial structure vary piece to piece within the same register profile. No two sound identical.

How Practitioners Use It

The upper-sixth-octave dominance, the unresolved whole-step interval, and the gamma-range acoustic modulation all point in the same direction.

This is an instrument oriented toward attention rather than relaxation.

Gamma frequencies in this range are tracked by the auditory cortex and are associated with sensory processing and cognitive focus. That makes it the right instrument for the moments around a deep relaxation passage, rather than the passage itself.
