Setting Your Daily Intentions With Eva

Setting Your Daily Intentions With Eva

Just for today I will not worry.

Just for today, I will be present.

Just for today, I will be grateful.

"I set my intentions for the day in the morning, and it carries me through the day.

Take a moment as you breath in -- envision golden rays of light, unconditional love and healing energy seep in through your body from crown through your third eye and down.

Breath out and envision all that negativity, and stagnation exiting your body.

And and I strike the Buddha bowl, allow the frequencies to flow.

Take another deep inhale, then exhale.

Inhale. Unconditional love, golden white light. Healing energy.

Exhale. Allow the negative energy and stagnation to leave your body."
