Made from bell-metal bronze, this Nepali made singing bowl is "natural" bronze. We've hammered it, lightly polished it to remove the rawness from it's heating and shaping process -- but only so much.
You'll see the imperfections on this bowl, which is a feature to those that wish to celebrate the human-ness of this instrument.
Your future Eclipse Bowl is 9 inches in diameter, and the walls were created to be on the "medium-thick" side of things. This leads to a strong, long resonant sound when invited to sing on it's side. And to a more "vibrato" forward rim tone.
