This bowl rings at A3, approximately 220 Hz. It has a steady, grounded bronze voice with a warm fundamental tone and natural overtones that rise above it. When you play it around the rim, the sound opens into a sustained voice with calm, even character.
This is the exact bowl shown in the photos and heard in the recording. The bronze surface features burnished patina relief work across the bowl, with a handmade character that feels personal and collected. Every line, mark, and surface variation belongs to this exact piece.
