A personal note from Frank Mocerino, Co-Founder · June 2026
I recorded this short note for people who already own the Tibetan Sound Sanctuary Bundle Set.
If you have been working with the Tibetan Sound Sanctuary Bundle Set, you already have a large-format bell metal bronze Jupiter Bowl and one 6 inch companion bowl — either the Purity, Tiger, Infinity, or Silver Bowl.
That means you have a pairing of a second octave bowl and a fourth octave bowl. If you have been practicing with the set regularly, you may already feel how useful that pairing can be for your home practice, your sound sessions, or your personal meditation space.
This page gives you the two instruments I would look at if you are ready to add one more piece to that lineup.
The Sanctuary Bundle gives you a large 12 inch Jupiter Bowl and a 6 inch companion bowl. That pairing gives you space between two sizes, two octave ranges, and two overtone patterns.
Your next instrument should make that existing setup easier to use, more interesting to play, and more complete in the room. It should feel like it belongs with what you already have.
That is why these two recommendations are specific. The Double Chalice adds a paired interval in your hand. The Saturn Bowl adds a 9 inch bowl that sits between the two sizes you already own.
| If You Want | Choose | Why It Fits |
|---|---|---|
| A new kind of instrument to play with your bowls | Double Chalice Bowl | It pairs two bowls in a perfect fifth relationship, so you get a ready-made harmonic interval. |
| A larger single bowl that fills the space between your two current bowls | Saturn Bowl | Its 9 inch diameter sits between your 12 inch Jupiter Bowl and your 6 inch companion bowl. |
| A more melodic option | Double Chalice Bowl | The paired bowls create a clear two-note relationship. |
| A fuller middle tone | Saturn Bowl | The bowl gives the set a third size and a third octave range. |
Option One
The Double Chalice Bowl is my first recommendation if you want your next instrument to feel different from the bowls you already own.
The instrument pairs two singing bowls in a perfect fifth relationship. The current Double Chalice pairs C and G in the 4th octave. Those two notes naturally give the instrument a clear harmonic relationship when you play it.
The bowls are connected by a wooden dowel, so the instrument can be held in one hand. That gives you a very different playing experience from a single bowl resting on a cushion. You can move it, play it close to the body, and bring the tone into a session with a simple physical gesture.

Option Two
The Saturn Bowl is my recommendation if you want your next instrument to fill the physical and tonal space between the bowls you already own.
You already have a 12 inch Jupiter Bowl and one 6 inch companion bowl. The Saturn Bowl is a 9 inch handmade bronze bowl, so it sits directly between those two sizes. It gives your setup a third bowl tone without changing the basic way you already play.
This is the simplest expansion path if you want a larger single bowl that feels familiar in the hand, works on a cushion, and gives your set a fuller middle register.

If you want a new playing experience, choose the Double Chalice Bowl. It gives you two bowls connected as one instrument, with a built-in perfect fifth relationship.
If you want the most natural single-bowl addition, choose the Saturn Bowl. It gives you a 9 inch bowl that sits between your Jupiter Bowl and your 6 inch companion bowl.

"It was love at first strike. The tone of my Saturn bowl far exceeds my expectations with the quality and pitch of the beautiful resonance it produces. If you want to add a bowl of this size, I would highly recommend this one as it also pairs nicely with my other instruments."

"I have been using my Sanctuary Bundle for almost a year and adding the Double Chalice was the right next step. It plays completely differently — you hold it, you move it. The fifth pairing is immediately musical. I use it in every session now."

"The Saturn bowl arrived beautifully packed and the tone is extraordinary. The beat frequencies are exactly what I was looking for — rich, layered, and deeply calming. It sits perfectly between my larger and smaller bowls."

"Absolutely stunning instrument. The two bowls together create something I have not heard from any single bowl. The tone is clear, the fifth interval is unmistakable, and the craftsmanship is exactly what I expect from The Ohm Store."

"I already owned two bowls and was not sure I needed a third. The Saturn bowl changed that. The middle range it adds to my practice is noticeable immediately. The overtones are layered and beautiful."

You can choose either option from this page. You can also reply to the email that brought you here if you want my help choosing the next instrument for your exact setup.
Your bowls are handmade, and each bowl has its own overtone pattern. That means two bowls with the same fundamental note can still feel different when you play them. I can help you choose from the instruments available now.
