You’ll commit to a daily meditation practice of at least 20 minutes, once per day. Inside of our private Facebook Group, you’ll share progress with “the nicest group of people on social media.”


Each week, we’ll have small “side quests” like pursuing random acts of kindness, or a special journaling exercise that will crystallize your new meditative pursuit into real life action.


And we’ll award gifts, prizes and acknowledgements along the way. Because this gets to be fun.

Daily Practices


Morning Meditation (20 minutes): Begin each day with a meditation; This practice will ground you and set a positive tone for the day. We’ll offer you a couple different meditation styles to choose from. Our Co-Founder Frank Mocerino has experienced thousands of hours of meditation, across several styles. Our idea is that any process you commit to will yield the same end state.


Morning Gratitude (3 minutes): In your calmed and centered state after meditation, allow yourself to reflect fondly on three separate points of deep gratitude. We’ll learn to “feel” the gratitude more acutely day over day. Spend time in natural sunlight to welcome positivity and regulate your circadian rhythm. This simple act boosts your mood and energy levels, preparing you for the day ahead.


Reflective Journaling (5 minutes): After your morning meditation and gratitude, take a few moments to reflect on your experiences and insights. Journaling helps solidify your learnings and provides a space for personal growth.


[Optional] Evening Meditation (20 minutes): End your day with a meditation focused on acceptance and transformation. This practice helps you release the day's stress and prepare for restful sleep.

Weekly Mini-Challenges


Each week, we will announce an optional “mini challenge” which is a sort of side quest. It’s totally optional, though it’s become one of the most fun parts of this “meditative game” for past participants in this challenge.

Random Acts of Kindness: Perform daily acts of kindness to create a ripple effect of positivity. Notice how these acts not only benefit others but also uplift your own spirit.


Gratitude Walks: Take daily walks in nature, focusing on gratitude. Use this time to reflect on the beauty around you and the blessings in your life.


Read an Inspiring Book: Commit to reading a chapter each day from a book that inspires you. Reflect on its lessons and how you can apply them to your life.


Digital Detox Day: Disconnect from digital devices for a day and engage in nourishing activities like reading, spending time outdoors, or practicing a hobby.


Creative Expression: Dedicate time each day to a form of creative expression, whether it's painting, writing, music, or dance. Creativity can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and emotional healing.


Volunteer or Help a Neighbor: Give back to your community through volunteering or helping a neighbor. Acts of service foster a sense of connection and purpose.


Self-Care Day: Spend one day each week focusing entirely on self-care activities. Whether it's a spa day, a long bath, or simply reading a book, take this time to recharge and nurture yourself.


Reflect and Share Your Journey: Reflect on your progress and share your journey with the community. Celebrate your achievements and the transformations you've experienced.

False urgency results from feelings of being in “beta” wave state most of your waking hours. It feels like you’re always late to something, or behind on something. You’re rushing, but you’ve not sure where you’re supposed to be.

28 Days Of Meditation, in this communal group setting, will be a remembering. Remembering that you’ve got “all the time in the world,” to enjoy your life. To create the things you enjoy. To participate voluntarily in your own positive self-evolution and feel great about it.


Meditation opens up “mental space” that allows you to see that thought processes, loops, catastrophizing that's going on in your brain. With time, you can learn to smile at these things – because they are not “you.” While it may “feel hard” while you get the hang of it, you will continue on boldly and on the other side you will see things more clearly.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • When does the challenge start and end?

    The 28 Day Meditation Challenge begins on Thursday, January 8th and ends on Thursday, February 5th. During these two days, we will host a weekly “check-in” call that you can optionally attend.

  • What if I have to miss a week?

    We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to miss a week, don't worry! All sessions and materials will be recorded and accessible to participants throughout the challenge. You can catch up at your own pace and continue your journey seamlessly.

  • What time will the calls be held?

    Weekly live calls will be scheduled for Thursdays at 10:00am central time, unless we decide as a group that there is a better time. We understand time zones vary, so recordings of each session will be available shortly after for those unable to attend live. Everything is recorded, and you will receive written notes each week so may not need to watch each’s week checkin!

  • Will there be awards each week?

    Yes! We will offer special rewards, acknowledgements and often grant surprise gifts to keep things fun, and a little bit spicy.

  • How do I sign up?

  • Is this free to join?

    Yes! 100% free! As a company, we do focus on making heirloom quality singing bowls, so you’ll see options to buy some. But it’s not required at all!
