Daily Practices
Morning Meditation (20 minutes): Begin each day with a meditation; This practice will ground you and set a positive tone for the day.
Morning Light Ritual (10 minutes): Spend time in natural sunlight to welcome positivity and regulate your circadian rhythm. This simple act boosts your mood and energy levels, preparing you for the day ahead.
Reflective Journaling (10 minutes): After your morning meditation, take a few moments to reflect on your experiences and insights. Journaling helps solidify your learnings and provides a space for personal growth.
Evening Meditation (20 minutes): End your day with a meditation focused on acceptance and transformation. This practice helps you release the day's stress and prepare for restful sleep.
