FAQs

How does the dividend work?

The dividend calculation runs on an annual basis, from January 1 through December 31st. We will calculate the total by adding every purchase together, less discounts and refunds. You will receive 5% back, in the form of store credit.

An example. Throughout the year, you purchased the Jupiter Bowl for $595, the Saturn Bowl for $485, and Ancient Self Ohm for $185. The total is $1,265. 5% of this is $63.25, and you will receive this in store credit, able to be applied toward purchases.
If I want to schedule a concierge consultation, how can I do that?

After joining, you will receive a series of emails showcasing all of the benefits available to you. One of those emails will include an exclusive booking link, available only to Inner Circle members, where you will be able to schedule dedicated time over a zoom call to get personalized recommendations on the bowl.

Our team members will have every bowl available to them, and you will be able to see them up close, and have them played for you — ensuring that you choose the exact right bowls for you!
What if I decide to cancel?

That’s no problem – we only want you to be happy with the level of service we provide. If you decide to cancel the monthly membership, we will stop your automatic payments and you won’t be charged again.

If you have paid in full on the annual plan for $99, we are unable to submit a refund to you.

Canceling your membership will remove your eligibility for the 5% dividend after the year is over.
How do the shipping upgrades work?

If you purchase a product and choose and pay for regular shipping, you will automatically be upgraded to our expedited shipping option at no additional cost.

If you have exceeded a free shipping threshold and are getting free shipping, you will receive that free shipping via our expedited method.
What are the benefits of early access to sales and product restocks?

The Ohm Store creates several products that are made in quantities of less than 50 at a time, due to the time intensive nature of making these items by hand. These products are often in very limited supply, and sell out quickly.

As an Inner Circle Member, you will receive access to our new products before any member of the public. When we restock high demand products, you will have the chance to buy them before we make them available publically.
