I wasn’t expecting that and was so pleased when it happened soon after we started. If I recall, Ted and I got into some early on conversations and others started interacting with us. I absolutely loved the camaraderie and trust in the group. Frank and Nikki have shared so much themselves which made me comfortable and trusting enough to share more personal info than I generally share in groups”

"I meditate 20 minutes a day and wanted to challenge myself to 30 min. Honestly I had no idea how it would really change my life!! From day 1 I felt a strong sense of community. No judgment no unnecessary meanness. It was quite refreshing, something I’ve never experienced on social media! As the days passed and reading the post and comments I realized that I was not going to ever be alone again. I was suffering for years in silence due to lack of friends & sense of community. You might ask yourself “ how could that be?” I live in a very segregated community where interracial marriages are not well received and when my daughters left home I realized I had no friends near me. In a series of unfortunate events I lost my father, then my grandpa then shortly after my grandmother & my best friend. All the while dealing with illnesses I have chronic pancreatitis and a herniated disc in my lower back. With the post and stories of other I found myself trusting again. Which is very difficult I had a demented and unsafe childhood and only had the sanctuary if my grandparents when they could take me in. There unconditionally love is what kept me going thru the …. Badness & sadness. I so grateful to the Goddess and Baby Jesus for aligning the stars to guide me to this group. Although we have never meet in person i feel like we are a family a tribe of diversity people but everyone is welcome! Thanks again for allowing me to be part of this group. Eternally in you debt!
