This bowl is made of pure, hammered bronze.
Your future Tree of Life singing bowl weighs in at 1.7 pounds, and is 6-7 inches in diameter across the top of the bowl and 3.1 inches high. With your bowl, you will receive a suede wrapped Saaj wooden striker, and a hand sewn, decorative cushion made of Tibetan cotton.
Please note that each singing bowl that we make is 100% unique and made by the loving hands of one of our craftsmen. Due to the nature of this handmade process, all sizes and weights are approximate and the sound captured on our website may be slightly different than your own special bowl.

The bowl sounds nice- as is expected with a $275 product. But the image is not well imprinted inside. It is faded and 25% is not even printed. But since I got the bowl for the sound more than for the image, I am not asking for a replacement. But I did want you to know about this disappointment. And I was surprised the bowl came without a word or page inside that welcomed the object in my home- it was as though I got a drill bit, instead of a precious sound bowl. Inside the box was only a return receipt, but nothing at all like on the website-- that is full of good PR and good vibe- and alas, marketing. Nothing like that existed when I got the bowl. I was surprised at your lack of follow-through, which is why I am posting this low rating here. In the future I will look to another source for these items.

Hi Steven - I really appreciate your candid feedback here -- we exist to make items that light your life up, and bring peace and harmony. Sounds like we've missed the mark for you. I admit that we could do a much better job of presenting the bowl to you once you receive it. I think a beautiful insert would do the trick, letting you know more about where it came from, how to use it and how to take care of it. I do want to note that absent that paper insert, we send several follow up emails including: 1. A personal thank you email, from my sister Nikki and I 2. A video guide tutorial, showing you how one of our sound healers uses her bowls in her daily life. 3. An long form article about how to "get aquatinted" with your new bowl 4. Care instructions and how to clean your bowl should you need to 5. And some emails about how singing bowls actually "work" to induce peace. I can see in our email system that you received these emails, but didn't open them. My humble guess is that they went to your spam folder and you didn't even know they were sent. I'm also following up via email right now, to let you know that we've got your back, and you can always reach out to us directly to receive a full refund, or exchange your item. I'm using my bowl therapeutically to help treat seizures and stress. I've only used it a few times, using my doctors instructions, and I'm excited to continue. The tone of the bowl using the red nose striker and suede wrapped striker are both very different! I absolutely love both for different times. The bowl is heavier than I would have thought from the size. The artistry is amazing.
