Method of singing

From above did have a scratch in the rim and seemed to be a disruptive sound but can get the bowl to really sing on top of my right foot and sings better with bowl on top of pillow in the palm of left hand

Love this bowl and the sound!

I am still learning to incorporate this into my life, but the sound it gives for such a small bowl is amazing. Loving, growing and learning every day@ Thank you.

Having trouble

Maybe it is just me but trying to use this tiny bowl is quite challenging for me. It is not heavy enough to stay on the shiny brocade pillow sent with it. For some reason I cannot make this one sing (but I have not given up yet ;-) It seems that the suede on the striker isnt thick enough and it drags on the engraved lines around the top of the bowl. I also have a difficult time holding onto it while I try to apply enough pressure to make it sing. I do have the Jupiter bowl, so maybe because I am used to the weight of that one. Maybe if I had a donut shaped pillow it would be more stable or a small pillow that wasnt shiny material. Well, I still love it and love the tone of it. I will keep working on it.
