Hear what Encore is about.

Why This Work Matters

We can set people free.

Our time and attention is being captured, by content, by anxiety, by the relentless noise of a world that is focused on a million things at once. It's really hard to create inspiration, beauty, transformative relaxation and healing from that place.

What do we do, as facilitators of sound? We allow people, including ourselves, to loosen their minds. To relax the grasping. To just stop. To travel to awe, to deep presence, to the wonderful saturation of being fully here. It's why people cry. Or shake. We bring reprieve. We are a welcome remedy to overthinking.

This is spiritual work, rooted in the physics of vibration and science. I do this because I believe that on the other side of more people being in touch with their presence, their wonder, their insight and their passion, the better the world can be. We can do that for others.

We allow people to exist in a place of possibility and aliveness that is visceral. Even for a moment. Even for 20 minutes. That is not a small thing.

A well regulated nervous system is a light to the world. You can impact everyone you touch, inside and outside of your journey with sound.

We are made for insight, inspiration, and presence. Facilitating this creates possibility for others, and for us. That is why we keep going.

What Encore Is

We started something together.

"Play long term games with long term people."

Naval Ravikant

The 10-week journey of Sound School created a strong foundational baseline for all of us. The outcome goal from the very beginning was to learn how to create a relaxational and transformational experience, for yourself and for others, using sound. And we did that. Together.

We gathered feedback from several dozen of our graduates, and we learned something important: what people treasured most was the connection. The relationships. The feeling of being understood in a space that most of the world doesn't fully understand yet. Our world, the world of singing bowls and sound, is a small one. And one of the core drivers of being human is a longing to be understood, and to deeply understand others.

Sound School Encore is built around that. More camaraderie. More connection. More learning in a co-evolutionary way. Less formal "watch by yourself" curriculum, and more real-time conversation, live delivery of new skills, modeling instruments, talking about what's holding you back, and creating vision together. We want to keep the fun going. And we realized, we have so much more to give.

Now, because we all have a shared baseline, we can go places we couldn't go before. Let's keep growing, keep learning, keep having fun together. Create the future with us.

ⓘ

A note on the format.

We originally envisioned Encore as a year-long program. But when we gathered feedback from our graduates, something became clear, a tighter, more focused container was going to serve you better than a 12-month commitment. This is more dedicated, more precise, and more fun. There may be opportunities for longer-form community in the future. But right now, this is the best way to serve the majority of you who said yes to wanting to continue.

01

Go deeper, not just further.

Depth requires a different muscle than novelty. We will keep going through the plateaus, together, because that is where real skill, real confidence, and real transformation are built.

02

Find your people.

We become who we surround ourselves with. The culture we co-create together serves us all. This is a private community of graduates who want to be celebrated for who they are and who they are becoming.

03

Face the world ready.

We will help you build the skills, the language, the confidence, and the vision to share this work with the people you want to serve, on your own terms, in your own way.

What You Will Develop

Six areas of real, meaningful growth.

Encore is built around six interconnected areas of development. Each one deepens your capacity as a practitioner, a student, and a person who works with sound, and each one builds on the shared baseline we all now have.

I

Therapeutic and Musical Skill

We will continue creating soundscapes, with and without musicality, for therapeutic and relaxational impact. You will experiment with structure, layering, dynamics, silence, and pacing. You will learn to evaluate your own sessions and articulate what is working and why. This is the practitioner’s eye, developed through practice and honest reflection.

Confidence to serve and create is partly vision, and partly practice. We will address this directly, through more practice, sound swaps with your peers, and the culminating experience of Encore Day. You will do it before you feel ready. And when you look back, you will realize you were more ready than you knew.

II

Instrument Physics and Vibration Science

When we have real knowledge of how things work at a deep and true level, we can initiate true creativity. We can work from first principles rather than following someone else’s playbook. We will go deep on the acoustic and vibratory science behind your instruments, how they are made, what materials shape their sound, and how that knowledge translates practically into the way you play and coordinate a session. We will also continue expanding your instrument vocabulary, new instruments, new sounds, new possibilities.

III

Personal Practice and Mindset

You will develop your own meditative practice, your personal presence, and the emotional hygiene that allows a well-regulated nervous system to be genuinely received by those you serve. This is the practitioner way of being, vision, inner work, and the understanding that who you are in the room matters as much as what you play. We will talk about what's holding you back. We will create vision together.

IV

Community and Connection

We want to be understood for who we are, what we want, what we stand for. We want to be celebrated for who we are. A new private Encore community group, new mastermind formations, and semi-structured mastermind formats with question prompts, share prompts, and demonstration prompts, designed to take your peer connections deeper into real skill development, personal practice, vision, and mindset. The connection you loved in Sound School, with more intentional depth built in.

We will also monitor the groups to ensure that every group is benefitting as deeply from their regular connection points. No group gets left behind. If something isn’t working, we will know and we will fix it.

V

Space, Acoustics, and Practicalities

The room matters. We will study how to optimize any space, your living room, a studio, a wellness center, a backyard, so that you and your participants have the best possible acoustic experience. For those who want it, we will also explore how to capture your sessions and your practice for social media, video, and audio recording purposes. This is practical, real-world knowledge that lives in panels and town halls, the kind of conversation that opens up what is actually possible for you.

VI

Business, Ethics, and Practicalities

We will come face to face with the real questions: what to charge, how to find and invite clients, how to describe what you do without it sounding strange, client intake and consent, insurance, ethics of working with vulnerable populations, setting up a professional session space, and how to structure your offerings.

Social media. Content creation. Building an audience from zero. We will talk about all of it, how to show up online in a way that feels like you, how to create content that actually connects, and how to grow a presence without it feeling performative or hollow. Whether you have 50 followers or 5,000, we will meet you where you are.

And if you are starting completely from scratch with the business side, no website, no clients, no social presence, no idea where to begin, let’s talk about that. That is exactly the conversation Encore is built for. You are not behind. You are just beginning.

What Is Included

Three months of active, structured practice and community.

Encore is not a passive content library. It is a live, active container, a rhythm of weekly learning, real feedback, peer connection, and ongoing refinement. Everything is always recorded. You will never miss a teaching permanently.

1

Weekly Ohm-Work

Every week, a new Ohm-Work assignment keeps your practice alive between sessions. Some weeks focus on instrument use and soundscape creation. Some focus on personal practice and reflection. Some offer prompts for building visibility, articulating your work, or preparing for Encore Day. Your commitment to the work between sessions is where the real growth happens.

2

Weekly Live Sessions

Every Wednesday at 11 AM CT, the group gathers live for one to two hours. Sessions rotate between Mindset and Mastery calls led by Frank and Community and Connection calls led by Yelena. Three of the thirteen sessions include a special guest expert or Sound Lab format. All sessions are always recorded.

3

Monthly Panel Discussions

Once per month, a focused panel brings together The Ohm Store team, your teachers, guest experts, and community members around a specialized topic, getting clients, serving charitably, depth of skill, new instruments, and new perspectives. Real conversation, not a lecture.

4

Mastermind Groups

New mastermind groups form at the start of Encore. You are welcome to continue meeting with your Sound School mastermind group as well. Each Encore mastermind receives semi-structured weekly guidelines, question prompts, share prompts, and demonstration prompts, designed to take peer connection deeper into real skill development, personal practice, vision, and mindset. Not overly engineered. Just enough structure to go somewhere meaningful.

We will also monitor every group to make sure it is working. Check-ins, confirmations, and adjustments happen throughout the three months so that no one ends up in a group that has gone quiet. The mastermind is one of the most valuable parts of this, and we are committed to making sure it delivers.

5

Private Encore Community

A new private group, exclusively for Encore graduates. This is your home base for sharing practice, asking questions, posting Ohm-Work, giving and receiving feedback, and staying connected to the people who are walking this path with you. The beloved connection of Sound School, with its own dedicated room.

6

Feedback as a Skill

You will be guided in how to give thoughtful, generous, constructive feedback to fellow graduates. Learning to articulate what you hear and feel in someone else's session is one of the most powerful ways to deepen your own listening, your own language, and your own practice. This is a new skill we will develop together.

7

Student Features and Visibility

Encore graduates receive priority access to opportunities to be featured as part of The Ohm Store's visible presence in the sound therapy and wellness market. These opportunities are not guaranteed, but Encore graduates will be closest to them as they emerge.

8

Growing Content Library

Every session is recorded and added to your growing content library. You can revisit any teaching, any guest session, and any panel discussion throughout the three months and beyond. Come for the content. Stay for the connection.

9

Encore Day

The culminating experience of the three months. A live Zoom summit broadcast to the broader Ohmie Community where Encore graduates can share their sound, demonstrate their growth, and be witnessed on a larger stage. Participation is encouraged and entirely optional. Many graduates described the Sound School capstone as a pinnacle experience. Encore Day is that, expanded.

What a Week Looks Like

A clear rhythm. Three months of real momentum.

The point is not to chase occasional inspiration. The point is to stay inside a shared cadence long enough for your practice, your confidence, your language, your relationships, and your skill to mature. Every week has a structure. Every week moves you forward.

Every Week

Ohm-Work is released.

A weekly skill or personal practice assignment to explore new territory, deepen attunement, or build visibility. This is where the real transformation happens, in the practice between the calls.

Mindset and Mastery Weeks

Frank leads the call.

Practitioner mindset, skill development, mastery, and the inner work that supports the outer practice. Guest experts and Sound Labs rotate in on these weeks.

Community and Connection Weeks

Yelena leads the call.

Vision, peer connection, finding language for your work, building confidence holding client spaces. Breakout groups and shared reflection are part of every session.

Once Monthly

Panel Discussion.

A focused conversation on a specialized topic, getting clients, serving charitably, depth of skill, new instruments, new perspectives. The Ohm Store team, your teachers, guest experts, and community members, all in the room together.

The Culminating Experience

Encore Day.

At the end of three months, Encore Day brings the group together for a live Zoom summit broadcast to the broader Ohmie Community. Encore graduates share their sound on a larger stage, demonstrating growth, presence, and skill in front of a real audience.

So many of our Sound School graduates described the capstone as a pinnacle experience. Showing up and being witnessed, even before you feel fully ready, is one of the most powerful things you can do for your own development. Doing it before you feel ready is the whole point. We will amplify it widely.

Participation is encouraged and entirely optional. You will have three months to prepare. We will be right there with you.

"Do it before you feel ready."

The Mastery Path

Depth is scary. That is the whole point.

It is easy to love something new and novel. Depth requires a different muscle, because we continue beyond what is initially comfortable. Borrowing from George Leonard's lens on mastery, the path of real skill is a series of brief surges followed by long plateaus, occasional slight regressions, and quiet integration. The plateau is not failure. The plateau is where the next level is being built.

This is a deeper yes. A harder commitment. Because it requires true personal evolution, looking at belief structures, ways of acting and believing, and challenging yourself. Time in the game matters. Time around people matters. We become the people we surround ourselves with.

That is why Encore includes feedback as a core practice. Direct feedback gives your practice something real to respond to. Learning to offer generous, constructive feedback to a colleague also changes the way you listen to yourself, creating a cycle that helps true continued growth take root.

Practice on the plateau Feedback deepens skill Visible growth emerges
DabblerMoves on when novelty fades.
ObsessivePushes hard until burnout.
HackerStops at "good enough."
MasterLearns to love the plateau.

Who This Is For

For graduates who feel they are just getting started.

Encore is for Sound School graduates who want to keep going. It is for the graduate who wants to serve professionally. The one who wants to serve charitably. And the one who simply wants to continue a personal practice with real structure and real community around it. All three are welcome here.

It is for the graduate who is asking: How do I keep getting better? How do I stay connected to my practice and to the people who care about this work? How do I build the confidence and language to share what I do? How do I describe what I do without it sounding strange? How do I develop a point of view? How do I keep learning without figuring everything out alone?

It is also for the graduate who will deal with people who don't share appreciation for what they do. Who will face challenging clients. Who will hear "no." The very act of providing this service can derail you, because it requires you to give from yourself. Encore is about how to continue to serve from your highest self. It is when you need support most that this community matters most.

And it is for the graduate who feels behind. If you feel like you are still finding your footing, come anyway. You already have access to all of your Sound School foundational curriculum. We have got your back. Keep going with us.

From Sound School Graduates

In their own words.

These are the people you will be continuing with. This is what Sound School gave them. This is what Encore is built for.

“

“What both of you have built isn’t just information transfer. It’s an ecosystem of people exploring different relationships to sound, nervous systems, creativity, process, business, spirituality, humanity, and self-expression. The instruments are almost secondary to that.”

Care — Sound School Graduate

“Confidence is number one. I now have a foundation that supports what I was already feeling intuitively.”

Alisha

“I thought I was going to be learning to play the bowls. Boy, was my mind blown. My perception and container expanded, and I can definitely hold more.”

Gabriela

“The mastermind groups, I truly have met some amazing people and formed friendships that will go way beyond the class.”

Ana

“This school is less about sound, and more about your own personal development as a healer. The work on you has not stopped. You will have realizations you are not expecting, and there is no going back. I have become more centered, focused and intentional in many parts of my life, and I work with sound daily, even if it is only for a few moments on long, busy days.”

Melanie

“Before Sound School I was intimidated by the bowls. By Capstone I was one with the bowls and developed confidence to share the sound while adding other instruments.”

Mary

“There is a presence about Frank that just exudes that he’s a good human. He’s a good egg. The camaraderie, not only the collective knowledge of all the teachers was impressive, but their spiritual essence came through with a lot of heart.”

Pia

“I moved from ‘trying to do sound healing correctly’ into trusting my own relationship with sound and presence. I can create and hold an experience without needing everything to be perfect first.”

Care

“So much of Sound School was just FUN. I felt like a kid again. And made friends.”

The Invitation

I want to do this together.

We started something together, and it is the highlight of everything we do at The Ohm Store to be the steward of Sound School graduates. I want to know where more time, persistence, and depth takes us. How we can all get better, be a light for the world, challenge one another to give ourselves fully.

At the edge of our comfort levels, at the edge of our growth, we can change the world. You will feel winning. You will feel satisfied. You will know yourself as someone who continued. You will have a more clear, articulated vision of why and who you will serve, even if that person is yourself.

A well regulated nervous system is a light to the world. You can impact everyone you touch, inside and outside of your journey with sound. Let's keep going.
