Bob Frye

9:30 AM CT

Bob Frye

Sonic Sanctuary · New York

The Session

A Sonic Sanctuary Appetizer

Selected singing bowls and gongs notable for their powerful, multilayered resonances and timbral complexity. Played with phase coherence, these instruments produce strong monaural beats that entrain the listener toward deeper relaxation and tranquility.

About Bob

A lifelong musician and composer — classically trained organist, improvising jazz pianist, decades of professional audio production — who now turns that ear on the complex resonances of singing bowls and gongs. Bob facilitates in-person Sonic Sanctuary events in New York, and his audio background lets him deliver virtual sound baths and recordings that capture the real acoustic depth of these instruments. He also consults for facilitators trying to improve their own systems for recording, online and live work.

Nic Bradford

9:55 AM CT

Nic Bradford

The Sonic Ray · Tulsa, Oklahoma

The Session

The Sonic Compass

Gongs, Tibetan bowls, chimes, crystal harp and drum used in harmony to guide you through the four cardinal directions, as an honor to the four elements. Headphones will enhance the experience.

About Nic

A sound practitioner and vibroacoustic artist raised on piano and percussion, who found the stage as a musical theater actor in his thirties. In his forties, sobriety, meditation and yoga led him to sound healing. He tells people he came alive at 45. Nic founded The Sonic Ray in 2025 and holds live group sound baths for retreats, wellness centers, hospice groups and yoga studios.

Sam Whitley

10:20 AM CT

Sam Whitley

Pure Yoga · The Dalles, Oregon

The Session

Come As You Are

A restorative twenty minutes combining the resonance of bronze singing bowls with Yoga Nidra-inspired relaxation. Through breath, awareness, intention and layered sound, you're invited to release physical tension and turn your attention inward. No experience with yoga or meditation necessary — find somewhere to lie down, close your eyes, and let yourself surrender to it.

About Sam

ERYT 500, YACEP. A dedicated yoga student and teacher, and proprietor of Pure Yoga in the Columbia River Gorge. Twenty-five years in the yoga community have gone into building a studio that encourages students to explore their practice and a deeper connection with themselves, through classes that are safe, purposeful and fun.

Care Mycue

10:45 AM CT

Care Mycue

Storyteller · Creator of LifeTracks

The Session

Rest the Quest

A sound-and-story experience made for people who are used to being the ones holding the room, and would enjoy simply receiving for a while. Singing bowls, gongs, original LifeTracks, voice, lighting and atmosphere, woven into something that makes room for skepticism, curiosity and deeply held beliefs alike. Return to yourself. Leave nourished.

About Care

A storyteller and sound artist, and the creator of LifeTracks — music that helps the things you know become easier to remember, feel and live from. Care's work explores what becomes possible when sound, story, technology and everyday life become one practice, and she's drawn to spaces where people can arrive as they are, receive something, and follow their curiosity.

Carolyn Lewis

Carolyn Lewis

Sound and Stone Alchemy

The Session

Your Presence Is Enough

When we enter a session with even a quiet awareness — a desire to release, rest, or reconnect — the body listens and the energy shifts. Whether your intention is specific or simple, we hold space for it together, and the vibrations of the bowls meet that intention and help it unfold in its own way, in its own time. This isn't performance. It's presence.

About Carolyn

Carolyn Lewis, MFA, Psy.D. is the founder of Sound and Stone Alchemy, a nature-inspired practice. With a background in behavioral health, the arts, and a lifelong passion for emotional wellness, she offers restorative sound experiences designed to help people release stress, reconnect with themselves, and feel lighter in body and spirit. Her work brings evidence-informed practice into conversation with ritual, symbolism, nature and individual experience. Whether you're new to sound practices or returning to deepen your journey, Carolyn invites you to come as you are, and leave lighter.

Pam Horwitz

11:35 AM CT

Pam Horwitz

Hornbaker Gardens · Princeton, Illinois

The Session

A Summer Day

Each season brings its gifts. A Summer Day is a reminder of them — the rich smell of the earth, the warmth of the sun, a gentle breeze on your face. The signs of life are all around us, in a season of transformation, joy and connection.

About Pam

A horticultural professional, community activist, writer and longtime advocate for rural communities and conservation. Pam has spent more than thirty years in the horticultural and landscape industry and serves as Tree & Shrub Manager at Hornbaker Gardens. She co-authored Wired for Hope: A Book of Recovery. Running through all of it is a belief in stewardship — of land, communities, organizations, and one another.

Maria Pogorelec

12:00 PM CT

Maria Pogorelec

Sound Therapy & Reiki

The Session

Otherworldly

Maria describes what she has built as otherworldly and surreal.

About Maria

Maria came to this in search of something more. Reiki helped first. Then, while she was researching metaphysical subjects, Ohm Store ads started appearing — so she ordered her first bowls, and then more bowls. Sound School followed, because she wanted to learn what those bowls could actually do. She retires next year and plans for this to be the next chapter: most likely an integration of sound therapy and reiki, unfolding as it should.

Jeff Bryant

12:25 PM CT

Jeff Bryant

Overtone & Harmony

The Session

An Evolving Field of Sound

Rich, resonant bronze bowls ranging from deep grounding tones to brighter, shimmering harmonics, played gently and allowed to overlap and breathe. Rather than a rigid musical sequence, it unfolds organically — soft strikes and sustained tones blending together. The invitation is simply to listen, settle in, and enjoy the spaciousness of it.

About Jeff

Retired, and a year into sound healing — which began as a way to deepen his own relaxation and meditation. It started with two bowls from The Ohm Store, a Jupiter G2 and a Silver, and grew into an ongoing study of how bowls interact through harmony, sustain and overtones. Earlier this year he took the Silver bowl to Hawaii to call whales; a photograph of a paddleboarder and a whale in the same frame went viral. He recently went from a mobile sound bath for one person to a demonstration for an audience of thirty-two.

All times Central. Five minutes between each session to reset the room. We finish by 12:50 PM CT. Session timing may shift slightly during the live event.

From Frank

A note from Frank

You'll be seeing the culmination of months and years of skill development, and the ideas, opinions and Sound experiences from incredible heart centered practitioners who I've had the pleasure to get to know personally.

— Frank Mocerino, The Ohm Store

One more thing. This is a showcase, and you're invited to attend to see the styles and expression that's resulted from training in The Ohm Store's ecosystem. But I can't take any real credit — these folks have put in work, time and energy, and created something that's entirely their own.
